We welcome you to stay and enjoy our well appointed self-contained cottages. Vast ocean views over beautiful forest and farms, will relax, soothe and inspire. Situated at Yuulong in the Otway Ranges. Enjoy the abundant bird life living in and around our closely situated fern gullies. Watch alpacas, sheep and horses casually graze lush pastures and ships sail the southern ocean.

During summer and autumn our garden produces a wonderful variety of organically grown fruit and vegetables, which are on offer free to our guests.

With a long history in the area and along the s/w coast, we can assist and direct you in participating in several activities such as sightseeing, bush walking, bird watching, mountain-bike riding, horse riding and surfing.

SEATREE COTTAGE 1
This is our studio styled spa cottage, ideal for
couples. There is an extra bed if required. Same
level car parking provides close and easy access. Large windows let you fully enjoy the sweeping coastal views, from relaxing in bed, in the spa or out on the deck.

SEATREE COTTAGE 2
This cottage faces east ready to greet the rising sun and overlooks forest, farm and the great southern ocean. This beautifully well appointed, fully self-contained cottage has a private deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating. In front of the cottage is a small play area for the kids, which can be viewed easily from the deck.

Complementary bottle of red wine or champagne if you stay more than a day. We have a good selection of teas and a choice of either instant or ground coffee. Both Cottages have fresh rainwater on tap .
