from the giant private deck overlooking the Ocean.
Perfectly positioned between Apollo Bay and Port
Campbell, you are only 30-40 minutes from Apollo
Bay and the Twelve Apostles, and 15 minutes to
the Otway Fly Tree Top Walk.

modern fully self-contained beach house sleeps
up to eight people. Featuring two unique separate
dwellings, joined by a large entertaining deck,
as well as two fireplaces and double bathrooms

The house’s electricity runs on solar power
and it stores its own tank water. With advanced
water pump technologically and a powerful solar
battery system you will not know it is run by
nature.
10 Bennett’s Track is a unique and entirely
environmentally friendly property. It has been
designed specifically to leave no imprint on the
environment.
We welcome ‘outdoor’ pets, with a
pet-friendly fence within the 3-acre property.

Directions:
1. Via Apollo Bay (The Great Ocean Road)
If you are heading to the property via the Great
Ocean Road, the property is approximately 40 minutes
past Apollo Bay. Travel along the Great Ocean
Road, towards Johanna Beach.
Take a right hand turn onto “Aire Settlement
Road” just before the ‘Red Johanna
Road’ sign, and follow the dirt track approximately
5klms up the hill. You will come to a T-Intersection
at the top of the dirt road, where you turn right.
The property is the second house on the right.
(3.5 hours from Melbourne)
2. Most direct route from Melbourne (via Colac)
The most direct route from Melbourne is to travel
through Geelong, then Colac. Head towards Gellibrand
and Lavers Hill and join the Great Ocean Road
down to Johanna Beach. Turn left into Aire Settlement
Road and follow the dirt road up to Bennett’s
Track. (2.5 hours from Melbourne)
