Why you should stop at Wye River
Wye River is situated in perhaps the most spectacular stretch of the Great Ocean Road.
Wye River offers a safe swimming beach, great fishing, great walks, fantastic food and accommodation. Along with Wye Rivers Historical Past there is much more to see.
There is wild life aplenty to see all year round such as Koalas, Kangaroos, echidnas, birds galore and in the winter seasons the southern right whales and the possible pod of dolphins passing by.
All this is set in the beautiful surroundings for steep forests and the peaceful Wye River through the middle of this friendly town.
